Hi, I'm Jennifer Magee, and as a life-long dog lover, I always knew I should be working with dogs in some capacity. I too have had behavioral problems with my own dogs and didn’t know what to do. One of the reasons I became a dog trainer is because I didn’t really want to just send my dog off for training. I wanted to be included in the training but I needed someone to show me how.
I am a graduate of National K-9 in Columbus, OH. This program gave me the foundation to begin my career as a dog trainer, but hands on training has taught me more than any book ever could. I have had the opportunity to train a variety of breeds and a variety of temperaments. Every dog is unique and knowing how to reach a dog is pivotal in the training process.

I have had the pleasure of being part of a therapy dog team, running around an agility course and doing trick training. Although we are not currently a part of a therapy dog organization, the pups enjoy visiting my Aunt and the other residents in the facility where she resides. They bring a tremendous amount of joy to those they meet.
I enjoy my relationships with dogs at work and at home. I currently live with:
13 year old rescued English Springer Spaniel, Hershey
4 ½ year old Standard Poodle, George
4 year old Standard Poodle, Sunshine
In our free time, you’ll find us glamping. The dogs enjoy running off leash and exploring nature. As for me, being in nature is what feeds my soul and helps me recharge.
I would love the opportunity to meet you and your dog to discuss the training package that fits your needs best. Please contact me today to take the first step in building your relationship with a well-trained dog.
