“You’re a dog trainer? Okay, I have to ask…"

I hear it all the time—and I get it! When people find out I work with dogs, the questions come flying in. Most of them sound a little something like this:

🐾 “My dog keeps going to the bathroom in the house…”

🐾 “He barks at every dog we see on walks.”

🐾 “She pulls like a maniac on the leash!”

🐾 “He jumps all over everyone who walks in.”

These are some of the most common struggles dog owners face—and guess what? You’re not alone, and these issues are fixable with the right approach.

But here's the real starting point, and it's often overlooked:

👉 It all begins with your relationship.

Ask yourself:

🔸 Does your dog look to you for direction—or to everyone and everything else?

🔸 Are you truly a leader in your pup’s life—or more of a playmate?

🔸 Do you provide structure and boundaries—or has freedom come a little too easily?

🔸 Have you shown your pup what you really want-or do you think they learn by osmosis?

Training isn’t just about commands—it’s about connection, clarity, and consistency. When your dog trusts you to lead, the jumping, barking, pulling, and potty mishaps start to fade away.

Whether it’s puppy basics, leash manners, house training, or building confidence around other dogs—I'm here to help you build that strong foundation.

Because real progress starts with you and your dog, working together as a team. 🐾
